Client Relationship Manager

Client Relationship Manager is one of the most important positions at RightLabs. We love our clients, and outstanding customer care is the heart of what we do. In this role, you are the voice of our company and represent our values of honesty and integrity. You will have a huge influence on client and guest experiences and will be responsible for growing the role and growing with the role to make our team even better. Your communication with clients will be via phone, email and video conferencing from the Edmonton office with the rest of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert on our platforms
  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements:

  • Proven support experience
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Positive attitude
  • Proactive thinker (“How can I make this better?”)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Detail-oriented (client details must be kept accurate and updated)
  • Previous experience in the educational industry a bonus
